Our Method

“The youth are the custodians of our stories. We aim to equip young minds with the required skills for self-governance, and personal leadership.” Tessa Pule – Founder

Youth Nation’s Life Design programme utilises the Experiential Learning method, which can be summarised simply with the Do–Review–Transfer Cycle. This is a training and development approach that utilises adventurous educational experiences (activities that involve some form of perceived physical or emotional risk) to bring about positive changes in individuals. The concrete experience involves sensory and emotional engagement. We focus on personal development holistically with special attention to each child’s dreams, talents, abilities, and limitations.

Join us in shaping the future of our continent—one child at a time.

Aimed at building social cohesiveness among African youth, YNLM focuses on:

Identity Talent Identification EQ (developing emotional intelligence) Navigating Relationships Career Path Training Internship Placement Skills Sprint Entrepreneurship
