Young, Gifted & African (YG&A) is a dynamic platform designed for African students eager to explore and express their unique identities in a culturally diverse and rapidly evolving continent. It recognizes that Africa is not only the birthplace of humanity, but also home to an incredibly diverse array of ethnicities, cultures, and perspectives that continue to shape the development of both our country and continent.
We are focused on empowering the next generation of African leaders and thinkers by offering platforms for expression, learning, and self-discovery.
Young, Gifted & African is not just a program—it’s a movement celebrating the diversity and strength of Africa’s youth.
YG&A provides African youth with opportunities to actively engage with their heritage and contribute to their communities through a variety of services:

Internship Placements: Skills Spint helps students secure meaningful internships that align with their academic interests and future career goals.
Youth Events: Organizing interactive events that celebrate African identity, innovation, and leadership. Is this needed?
Debates: Facilitating thought-provoking debates on topics that affect African youth and student affairs.
Identity Development Seminars: Hosting seminars aimed at helping young Africans understand and embrace their individual and collective identities.
Getaways: Offering enriching retreats where youth can reflect on current issues, network, and deepen their connection with African culture.
Out of Africa, come the leaders of the world.
